I am actually well - did a lovely 3 hours out on the hills today, and got a 5 Mile road :eek: race on Wednesday
I just can't plan anything big cos my heart might trip out at any moment!

Glad to hear that you are on the mend and making a steady come back. May I submit a score of 74 for Apr - Sugar Loaf (winner 52.21 me 1.05.45). A very poor race for me, first race in about 4 months emphasised my lack of running that my current job enables and certainly lack of hilly running.
