in fairness daz, I did oversleep this morning so you weren't far from the truth, missed out on my run :(
I blame it on the chavs who burned a car not far from my house in the night - woke up to the stench of smoke, closed all the windows then couldn't sleep cuz it was too stuffy :rolleyes:
