It's looking quite serious for the Russians. The report authors are saying they've not seen the likes of it since uncle Lance and the US Postal team; state supported doping apparently.
Be very interesting to see what Coe does - political flannel or real action to clean up the sport.
Coe said the out going cheat was salt of the earth.
Also said cycling was far worse than athletics.
He needs to look in the real world.
Ultimately, this is all our fault for being obsessed with people winning things. If there weren't the incentives, people wouldn't cheat.
Participation sport is the way forward. If someone comes first, good for them - nothing more.
