Lizard - sunbathing on the stile I was climbing over just next to the A54 near Macclesfield. I'm not sure what sort, it was sort of greeny-browny and had some patterns on it??
We also saw a Common Lizard on Sunday near the Swamp, Bleaklow. Also saw a squirrel on the top of Kinder - strange place for a squirrel to be?
I've seen squirrels on Kinder before, but usually earlier in the year. I presume they were feeding on the eggs of ground-nesting birds.Quote:
