Morning Emmi,

Our Harry's nursery are on strike as well for two days plus we still have to pay even while they are on strike which is a bit naughty in my opinion. Good job he only goes 2 days per week.

Sods law it's the days he goes though Pinno?!

I feel sorry for Laurence though...he doesn't 'do' change very well and it's already been a testing morning:( 6 weeks of this is enough to test the patience of a saint:(

Harry has just gone out with his nan. She has taken him on a trip to town on the bus instead of the car. He loves the bus probably cos he's a nosy bugger.:D

Its difficult when little ones have normal routines changed at the last minute.

Laurence at 9 isn't so little!! He has fragile x syndrome Pinno and autism to add to the pot so it's a special needs school he goes to.....couldn't understand where his brother and sister had gone when the whistle went in the playground this morning and prompty screamed at the top of his lungs in full view!! Quite funny really, used to really stress me out....couldn't give a toss these days, not my problem if people tut and don't have a basic understanding! It's not exactly difficult to tell he's disabled......he eventually stopped crying at 10 o'clock.....same time same place in the morning then!! :rolleyes:

hopefully the afternoons pick up run he might tolerate more as they are coming out to greet him as opposed to running off and leaving him!

Yes Emmi not so little then at 9. I teach students who have a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities and can fully understand what you say. We have quite a few Autistic students at College one girl is the best typist I have ever seen.
