It was a tough course. I must be one of the only people who runs on the fells who hates running up hill. I think I was one of hte first people to break ranks and race walk up the first hill.

I got round, but bloody hell you needed to be be fit in both body and spirit to survive that ordeal yesterday.
Brian was right it was a cracking course well done. We'll be back next year fitter and better prepared. :D

Feedback to the new climb was exellent. It was tough, but I enjoyed it.
Hope everyone else did that had a go - Danbert, KevSpider definitely there and got around in one piece.
Managed to pusuade my son to do it so spur of the moment decision to do it as a training run more than anything.
First XC for me in over 10 years....even made it as a counter for the 'A' team. I'm keeping quiet about there only being 6 BBH runners;)
Really enjoyed the extra hill as the thing that had put me of XC's was memories running round boring playing fields:(
Even introduce myself to Mr Worswick as he was basking in his new found Youtube fame;)
