As Rob says, Brids on the 16th. No online and only £9. Need to get your entry in before Monday if you want to get in YVAA championship. Entries usually available on the day. It's a good race along the front and out of town. Some would say it's even got a few hills!

All running's good. Not doing Luton as it was full. Entered something called the Newcastle Town Moor Marathon at the last minute. Looked it up and it really could be the worst race ever. 5 laps of a park in Newcastle. Oh well - it's all good!
