All set for a 7am start this Saturday ( 4th September) Give me a shout if you see me out on the fells. My last training run was last weekend, a leisurely 8hrs 45mins across the .Welsh 3,000s
Fitness is at a good level, im just hoping I can run fast enough to get across in 11 hours 59mins 59 seconds.... Im raising money for Patterdale Mountain Rescue

just to update, dale managed to finish his jnc in 11 hrs 47 mins.
i was involved in legs 1 & 2 and couldn't keep up from 1/2 way over leg 2 he was going so strong.
fantastic effort. this has got to tougher than the bob graham for v50's.
josh & his wife were waiting at the finish for them too. it doesn't get any better.
