Re: Wet phone, help needed
Zenlike composure is where it is at! :)
Nikalas, I now regret having gone for a sim only contract renewal with T-mobile... as my old phone's buttons are wearing out and respond erratically to my pressing them... I like the looks of that sturdy thing you have got! But it is £80 to buy... hmmmm... wonder if they are cheaper in the States? Going to New York in a couple of weeks...

Did you ring the phone to find out it's progress??

Re: Wet phone, help needed
Alf, that is still £72... I could have had it free with a contract renewal :(
I did ring it to see where it was... Had left it on the stable ledge while grooming the horse... I thought it had fallen into the deep straw... Didn't hear it ring. The whole disappearance was a mystery until one of the stable girls told me a couple of days later she found it while mucking out!!! Sticking out of a heap of poop :w00t::w00t:
Miraculously, it just worked!

Ah yes, but what I meant was phone inside small ziplock freezer bag inside one of these handy water-resistant toolboxes. You might look a prat, but your phone will never get wet, believe you me.
