I saw my mum make that sandwich one day an decided i would try it to see how horrible it was and since that day i have been hooked

I used to have chocolate spread sandwiches and then added banana to them. Cor blimey what bliss!!! Scummy yummy!

Just made my marmite, tomatoe and salad cream (no butter) for work tomorrow. But sometimes I have revolting concoctions - depends what is lying about in the kitchen. .

If you slip the banana inside the roll so no one can see it, you don't have to pay for it. It's the law.
