Having looked at the pics on the Bofra site I might be tempted by this on Sunday - probably a lot drier underfoot than it appears to have been in 2008:D

Did you get there Mr B? I gave it a miss after a (long for me!) 2 hour session on and around Embsay Moor yesterday.

No, i didn't get in till 2am and the beer lag as got me good and proper! Went for a recovery run around Fewston to see if they actually work, i did some hill reps on the dam on saturday.
