I was up in Scotland with him the other week and he said, i'm going to put my crampons on in a minute. When i turned round to answer he was lying on his back on the ground!
I fell coming off Carraghan(?) (the hill before you cross the road/river...steep heathery and muddy field at the bottom). I went over a couple of times, the second was face first into sheep poo :mad:
I don't fall over much when running, but I'm great at falling off my bike :D
I'm a highly skilled faller overer - its the running bit that I need to work on :rolleyes:

Some prime examples.....one at 0:17 seconds and the other at 0:22, and at 0:25. :D
.....and those of you who have been on the forum long enough know what happened the last time I fell over badly.
Yes, how is the arm Mr Anorak??
When I fall, I do it properly!
My last fall was on the roadbike, at about 48 kms an hour... and I had a lovely hole in my head. Thankfully my buff is predominantly red, so you did not see the huge bloodstain on it :)
The time before last I tore my ankle ligaments streight off and the time before that I dislocated my shoulder, both these fell running... the time before that I fractured my tibial tuberosity at the start of Man v. Horse and still managed to race it quite well. Well, who needs a tibial tuberosity, right?
Me, accident prone? NAAAAAAAAAAAAH :rolleyes::o
