Is it too late to confess, Father?
5' 10" and 12.5 stone - that's 175lb or about 80kg, I think.
Gotta stop the beer, mind.

Just heaved myself onto the scales,
184 pounds (6 foot-ish)
189 pounds (86Kg) - 5'10', seem to have added half a stone in the last 2 week. My target is 175 pounds.
Okay I'm 178 pounds (or 81 kilos) and I'd like to get down to 160 pounds. I have the added obstacle of being a stocky short arse and, if my my brother and sister are anything to go by, I probably have the chubster gene to contend with too :)

I've loaded the spreadsheet and will keep it updated and compare everybody's 'pie charts' on here every now and then. I'll smarten things up a bit but here's an indication of the 'quality' output you can expect

What do you reckon? Two monthly weigh ins?
Top notch work Stolly. Thanks. Twice weekly will do for me. 7 days is a long time in weight loss.
I've just had three grapes for breakfast. Must been worth a couple of pounds lost weight ;)
183 pounds this morning - the most I've been for 6 years. Target weight 168. I'll add myself to the list.

189 pounds, 6ft 2 inch tall. Need to loose fat around middle, will attempt a sort of version of Paleo diet and knock out a lot of grains, carbs from Veg and fruit only and no booze for a month. Plus lots of training and meat.
Must have abs, must have abs...

Well that might need a bit of a rethink! I'm actually 12st 8.6lb:eek: So ole Smugly Smuggleton 'ere needs to lose a bit of weight as well (and as a result, moves up a couple of weight divisions too;)).
Target to lose one pound (easy peasey), but the trick will be to drive down my body fat % (currently 19.8%, first target 15%). Let's see how we go, shall we?
I'm a super middleweight and proud of it :D
I really fancied a bacon sandwich this morning but declined and had toast instead. Game on :closed:
Breakfast: two slices of wholemeal (actually soya & linseed:rolleyes:) toast w/ honey and a smoothie of oats, OJ, milk, Actimel, 1 banana, 1 lvl tsp creatine.
First & only coffee of the day drunk, green tea from here on in, & a 4 and a bit mile run at lunchtime.
Bring. It. On.

Amended with my new weight.
Is everyone adding on pretend poundage just to get off to a good start at the first weigh in ;)
I'm not overweight but I do want to lose a bit of weight, so can I join the thread??? :o
142 lbs at present (I think - I'm 10st 2) - but I am 5ft10
Want to lose just half a stone to take me down to 9 st 7, which I think of as my fighting weight. I carry a few little more bulges here and there than I want. Doesn't sound a lot but it's an extra 3 bags of sugar or more that I'm lugging up them hills!!
I've had that extra half stone for a few years now and haven't had the determination to shift it. Not going to diet as such as I think my diet is generally ok. Just gonna do a bit more and snack a little less. :)
My "Fighting Weight" used to be about 119lb (8st 7lb). I'm not sure I want to be that light anymore, I'm less sure it's even possible!! It's all started badly with a screwed calf that I'm guessing will stop me running for about a month. Might have to resort to the dreaded turbo trainer.
I want to lose half a stone, currently 9st 6lbs (& 5ft 2in = short & stout if not careful). Would rather not be a teapot and will feel and run much better at just below 9st. So can I join this thread too please?
Dom in his heyday :)

The oldest of my heyday that I can find. Most of my best stuff pre-dates the internet!
am 5'7" and 154 lbs
not officially overweight but could do with losing 6lbs - if that's not being greedy
13 stone 6 lb last time I checked which I think is 188 lb ?
Puts me 4th in the fat table ? 1 lb ahead of Derby Tup. I expect it'll be updated within seconds ??
Ok here goes; it's time for me to confess too...
Following my 2010 year long binge and training slack-off I now weigh in at 10 stone (is that 140lbs?) I'm 5' 5.5''.
My happiest racing weight is 8st 4 (116lbs) but at that my ribs stick out a bit so I guess I'd settle for 8 and a half (119).
So that's 21lbs or a stone and a half to shed by...ooh....erm.....how fast can I get shot of this if I train twice daily again? Hum...target set for by my birthday at the end of April. :w00t:

I have still got lots of Xmas chocolate at home :o
I have emptied the fridge of all Xmas beers though. Water for me please til the end of January. :closed:
My "not running and eating cheese" season is now in full swing and I've ballooned up to a massive 142 lbs. My target running weight is 135 lbs. BTW, I'm about 5'9''.
I suppose someone will have already pointed out that we should be working in metric and that it's dependent on height, so it should be in BMI. :p
I wondered about expressing my weight in hundredweights :o and thought BMI was an airline
