Hi Hanneke, I looked at the link to your arts centre this morning and thought it looked great. I'm always looking for new places to have exhibitions...my website is www.hestercox.com If you think some of my work would suit you, I'd be very happy to talk to you about it some time.
I will show the colleague your website Hes... We mainly focus on work that relates to our location, which is of outstanding beauty, so your work would fit very nicely!
Coming up.. Tues 3rd April at The Folly in Settle, an exhibition of the last ten years of my portrait drawings and paintings.

Wish I'd seen this thread earlier! Lovely prinworks Hes. when are you exhibiting next, and where can I obtain the book Stolly has!? And superb portraits Ze Monsta!! Tho clearly you don't require me or anyone else to tell you! Its amazing the skills people have on here...all this and fell runners too!! Makes me embarrased when I say I don't have enough time! I waste so much!! :o
Cheers fjell guy, nice to know that people do stray into these backwaters from time to time. putting the show together has been exhausting, but hopefully it will have been worth it.
Thanks Fjell Guy. My first exhibition of the year is at Unit 9 Gallery, South Square in Thornton, Bradford during April. Then I've got some prints on show at Cambridge Contemporary Art from 20th May to 17th June. I'm doing North Yorkshire Open Studios in June too and will have an exhibition of bird related prints at The Gallery in Masham in September. If you like geocaching, I'm creating some for Hackfall Woods in June...oh yes, and I'm in a group exhibition at RHS Garden Harlow Carr in July and August. That's off the top of my head, there's probably more. :) As for the book, you can buy one through The Gallery in Masham (www.mashamgallery.co.uk) or I can get hold of one for you if you pm me.
Thanks again for your kind comment.:)

If anyone likes art and is in the Skipton area over the weekend, come and say hi to me at Art in the Pen at Skipton Auction Mart. The one place where turning up covered in mud from one of the local village gala fell races will not mean you look out of place! Its a high quality show with 70 professional artists and makers turning their pens into mini-galleries for the weekend. :)
