I must admit I am impressed with all these blogs - impressed that so many of you blog and also impressed that they are all such entertaining reading
Now I need to try and stay away from them, while I finish my OU assignment or else my tutor will NOT be impressed. So can you all please stop being so good ;)
(I am tempted to start a blog of my own, but I am not sure I could compete with you lot :o Maybe I should start one when I move house to somewhere more rural "OneHill finally makes it up a hill" or something!)
Great

Phew! UR100 write up here. Nothing like an audience to put a bit of pressure on! been meaning to do for a while, but I don't 'work' from home as often as I used to, so all a bit sparse.
From my blog, you can also see some of the others I follow. All good for a read.
i've not raced recently but the link to mine is in my sig...
Nick Ham's blog is very inspirational, laidbackfellrunner does a lot of races local to me so it's good to read those write ups, plus derbytup's blog is good too.
other good ones include Calva Or Bust and Just Us and a Few Friends
If anyone else uses a feed reader and doesn't want the hassle of adding all the blogs on here, I've got most of them and can email you an opml file with them all in.
Also my blog about running, climbing and misc tech stuff is here:
www.matthewmoore.org.uk
Here's another to throw into the mix, just started so all new followers really appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
You've got your first follower Glenners
Woohoo! Better crack on with some training now!
3 followers now, the pressures on! Looking at some other bloggers on the forum the standards high!
Make that 4. All the best!
Just added the few blogs to my list, that I'd missed first time round :) Love reading them and looking at the pics
try this one if you like the longer ultra stuff
Anyone know of a good Android app that can pull all my feeds from the various blogs I follow together in one place as and when they're updated?
SS, I use FeedR. It's synced to my Google Reader account so everyone's blogs from here that I follow, appear in it, as well as other blogs and RSS feeds etc :) There may well be better apps, I haven't looked, but I have used this one for ages and it seems pretty good.
How on earth do you collect all the fell running blogs in the first place ?. Surely not just trawl through the forum posts new and old as that would be a huge job. I will have a look for Feedr as i am an android.
This thread is a good place to start :D I have picked up one or two more, as people mention them or if people have a link to their blogs in their sigs (or even when someone refers to a blog in their blog!!!) I already have a googlemail account so can "follow" blogs I like so get notified of updates either by the Feedr app or if I log in on a PC  Got quite a few built up quite quickly that way.
Oh one tip for anyone who does try the Feedr app - you can set a feed or blog to cache pictures or not, as is the default. I find it best to have it set to cache pictures. That way it downloads pics when the feed is updated in the background - if not set to cache pics it just downloads them when you open the article... With blogs such as http://sarzmountainrun.blogspot.com/ and http://www.justusuk.com/ in particular, the piccies are just amazing and it can get a bit irritating if you're sat on the train/bus/bog with a slightly iffy signal and the photos are half missing and taking ages to download long after you've read it. I *think* you can only set this per blog/feed, in the individual properties, which is a bit of a faff but not too bad.
Cheers. Thanks for the info will sort regards pictures.
Matt.
how do i get my new blog address into my signature? This website has changed since i last came on!
I've been impressed with Daleside's blog of late : http://fellrunningbriefs.blogspot.com/
Mine's still here if anyone's interested: http://www.noels-training.blogspot.com/
I'm proud to be Fleeter's first follower. Keep it up Fleeter. :)
I'm also proud to have my first obviously non-English-speaking follower: http://elcorazondelsauce.blogspot.com/ Any Spanish speakers on the forum?
Nice start Fleeter. Get strong and fast quickly (if that makes sense).
I've got some blogs to read now!
thanks for all the nice things you've been saying about our fell running news service (or blog! - fell running briefs)
I've a question for you as experts - I've created an email address for people who may want to send photos or news articles or results for wider publication - it's [email protected] - is it wise to put this on my blog or does having it on your site put you at risk of viruses etc spam nuisance emails???
I like twitter - is that safe to put it on your blog - I notice Noel has got a panel at the bottom of his with tweet this, mail this etc etc - how did you get that Noel? I like it and is it safe?
ta everyone.
A companion publication to fellrunningbrasandpanties? That's got pictures and everything.
Good question. It's standard on blogspot, I don't think I chose it, I just didn't choose not to have it. I don't think it's unsafe and it's only for people to distribute the content more widely.
I'm not sure about having your email address on there. If you're worried about it, you can put your email address on as an image, or replace the "@" in your address with "[at]". I've seen that used to avoid getting lots of spam.
I've been trying to come up with a 'definitive' list of fell running blogs. I tried to collate them onto a website but failed so...

Well done dom :D
