Actually, all of us only exist in our imaginations.
(Why the need to have a picture of fatboy Ray Mears? Say what you mean and mean what you say.)
I look nothing like Ray Mears! The pic was taken in a bad light.
Parky, you need to chill out man. This is a forum where people can write what they think, not everyone will agree with what you say. Such is life. The BNP exist because of free speech in this country, people hate them too, but you should be glad you live in such a society. The forum should be the same, and be eligible to the same rules. Getting personal, highlights more about you, than me.
I think #bob# looks more like Dennis Bergkamp

I always find #bob#'s observations from (way) left field to be funny. I didn't think for one minute others would take them seriously.
Many apologies #bob# if I have caused offence.
I genuinely thought that was a picture of Ray Mears (not being a big fan of his I couldn't really tell the difference). I did, indeed, say what I meant and did, indeed, mean what I said. I just got it wrong and put my foot in it big time. Again, my apologies. I understood all along that you were a wind-up-merchant but was trying to make the point that I think it devalues the forum - a personal opinion admittedly but I'm being honest.
I've been competing in, organising or helping to organise fell races for over 20 years so many people on here already know that I am Keith Parkinson of Todmorden Harriers. (My forum name is parky, I sign off as Keith and list my location as Todmorden so it is pretty obvious). So, if you said something about me you would be talking about a real individual and not a possibly parallel identity - or whatever:confused:. Next time you turn up to a Tod Harriers race I'll buy you a pint - but only if you tell me your real name (or would that remove your magical powers?).
Best wishes,
KEITH
He will make you a pint of beer out of some moss and a few dried twigs, Parky.
:D:D Funny thread! Well done #BOB#, you had 'em hook line and sinker! and with a very small hook and minimal bait I might add. I mean, come on chaps, this is NOTHING compared to the serious wind-ups that went on in Forum Mk1. Gravy any one? Or perhaps some Comrade Gaz! And what about Yorkshire Thug?
I don't know, forumites of today! Tender, delicate creatures one and all!!;)
Complete gaylords. Aftershave down the pub. Bloody hell.
A tender, delicate creature.
Who wears aftershave.
I wondered what the smell was.
Well I'm with him on the Calderdale (gulp) but I'll be struggling to stay with him, so I should be alright as long as he's upwind.
I've just happened across this thread. Actually, I think he bears an uncanny resemblance to Aled Jones (off of the Snowman soundtrack) or maybe a young Cheggers.
No offence intended - both are quite fetching, I'm sure.
If someone else has already suggested these lookie-likies, I apologise.

OK, Keith, its good that you have beliefs and you stand up for yourself, a man after my own heart, and it warms the cockles of them too. Todmorden's a long way from Hull, which is where I dwell, but I thank you for the kind offer of a drink, but sadly I do not drink anymore, alas. My interests include: dogs, cars, bodybuilding and running. I have my own feline pelt exportation business. My friends call me Bob.
And all you lot taking the p'ss out of how I look can feck off!
Gaylord, as far as I am aware, is a perfectly acceptble name in the States... I have a client who is called Gaylord (yes, I had to suppress a giggle when he introduced himself, especially as his surname is Kellogg). It is also a fairly common surname...

Are you trying to offend me now as well?
That wasn't aimed at you Emm...
You have a reputation Bob...:D
Nay !
Are you ginger #Bob#
