Don't thank me!!! It's him !!!
A pint of Farmers Brown Cow last night, very nice indeed.
Bradfield Breweries have an excellent choice of beers.
DT - beerritz on line. No delivery charge if you order enough! Just polished off the last of the Westmalle last night. :D
Tripel for me please!
I wonder what we'll get in Barley?
Barley Inn have currently got Pride of Pendle, Blonde Witch, and Broomstick Bitter.
All of which are delicious. Blonde Witch very refreshing.
Brakespear Triple is a nice one. At 6-7% not a session beer, but got bottles on ASDA. Very tasty. Goes down too easy for one that strong!
Blond Witch seems a popular choice at the moment - just opened a bottle (bought from Booths after XC in Ilkley on Sunday).
Burton Bridge Bitter in the Curry House, followed by the old fave... Stella....
1 x Old Peculier
1 x Coniston Old Man
Sorry, thought it was a GF :D
What kind of Leffe DT?
I need a drink! < opens bottle of Butty Bach >
I've got some home brew cider fermenting - if it turns out OK I'll go for a 25 litre bin full and not just a poxy demijon.
< poors glass of Butty Bach for Dominion > :D
The old faithfull Old Peculiar tonight (on top of some Golden Pippen & some red plonk with tea). Takes some beating.
Two new ones on me last night: Ribble Rouser & Hetton Pale Ale. Both light and very nice. Washed it down with 1/2 bottle Cotes du Rhone and a couple of glasses of port.
Friday polished off a couple of Brakespear Triples @ 7.2% each:eek:
2 bottles of Wychwood Bah Humbug. 5% with a hint of cinnamon.
Was a bit disappointed by the Hetton Pale Ale at Otley Beer Festival t'other week - must try it bottled though.
Tonight - a couple of pints of Semer Water from http://www.wensleydalebrewery.com/beers.htm at Town Street Tavern in Horsforth - same chain as Bar T'at in Ilkley or Narrowboat in Skipton.
