Watson you rogue, i've seen the results on the wharfedale site - you feeling better after the peaks?
Gary, Mark then Ted if I remember correctly. Brett will probably be in the pub recovering at the moment (but not in Lothersdale!).
Great night out.
brill race brett! now i know why i do these awful races like the three peaks - so i can enjoy stuff like this! thanks for the fizzy wine, sorry for heckling your prize giving! Great eve running.
At least you got a prize, I spend day after day thinking of creative abuse to hurl at Brett and what do I get for it - nothing. Mind you the greatest hurt of all was after the race someone thought I was him.
Great race by the way
impossible:eek:
strange really i got o not you again on the registration!! then i even managed a prize after the race!
sorry i didn't attend the prize giving brett, Fog is a bit achy, both ankles are jared!
she went over on one moving out of the way of the leaders, then moved again and twisted the other one!
Great race Brett (even if it WAS shockingly runnable..) and I managed to get back into the top half of the field after a long struggle.. :o
It's PROGRESS!! :D
(I'm getting to like these Yorkshire events... )
So, who's going?
It's going to be boggy, very, boggy  I ran the course last sunday when there was still some ice on the ground and it's rained, lots, since then.
me I think, but hasn't this got a fair bit of track on it. I assume its the same route as in the summer
Yep, same route as the summer
So would it be the same route as the summer then?:D
No, but it might follow the summer route:rolleyes:
Think its the other route !!!
The one we did before Brett was horrible to the pub landlord?
I were right! It were very boggy!!
and the shin????
I was quite proud in my position of next to last. This was scuppered in the pub when I discovered that several people (who may or may not post on here) took alternative routes during which I overtook them:p It was a real pea-souper on top though
All good fun.
Did you manage to follow my map to get home?
Thanks to Brett for organsing both the race and free food at the New Inn.
what a delightful way to spend an evening.
I don't suppose you'll be surprised to hear the photo's I took didn't come out. Just vague blurs in the mist - and no that wasn't the speed that you were going past!!
Thanks to Brett for organising this last night (and for turning up on time).
14 hardy souls braved the weather and ran up to Pinhaw and back in Marshmallow like conditions (half frozen mud and snow). Nice to see Milli and Derby tup. (who I hope got home ok).
Roll on the next one
Cheers Brett! Those chips were lovely! Might run up there today. Looks lovely out!
Thanks to all involved last night - it was great fun  It'll be great up there today sunnysideup ;)
Yes. Just getting ready now! Don't think I will go as far as you did last week though!
lothersdale fell race 6th may on the wednesday 3m/600ft 7:30 with a full set of junior races anyone else doing this one ?
It's going to be pouring with rain and freezing cold, not a good night at all.
Please car share, or better still, cycle.
Cheers Brett, ever the bringer of good fortune. How to convince little Biara that fell running is a fun sport!!!!!!!!!
Maybe if I leave Monday I might make it on time though.....:D
Can't be as bad as Stirton last year!
It will be...
