I got fed up picking up gel wrappers yesterday - it definitely wasn't by accident, cause I'd see the top of the gel packet and then 100/200 yards later the wrapper itself. Really disappointing.Quote:

Saw him at finish of Spen 20 today muttering,its the last time i do that race!!
