so maybe I'll be following you around again (although weather forecast had better be right if it's this hot I'll offer to marshall!)

Bad luck Snowdon Jogger. See you there Dylan and Lurker. Hope it cools down a bit. Looking forward to cooling off in the river.
It was really hot on Saturday but despite that I made the cut off time on my recce - started feeling very dizzy and strange with about 1/2 mile to go!
Forecast is that it should cool down significantly by next weekend - I hope it does!
Hope to see a few of you there - sorry to hear about your toe Snowdon Jogger hope it heals quickly.
Oh poor SJ. :(
You'l never get a reply from the email on the website nightingale. Don't know why they put it there.
You'll be even faster next week Emma as it will be cooler.
Cheers Ria - I'm hoping so it was tough in the heat!
Are you confident this year? I'm sure you'll be fine.
might be doing this not 100% sure as yet..
No, not confident at all Emma. Have been feeling very tired running this past 2 weeks. Tired as soon as I start. I'm worried as I'll be on my own this year. Last year a friend ran it too, so he knew I was still out there when I carried on without any marshalls. This year if I miss the cut-off, no-one will know I'm there. I have to finish it, but I know the mountain can get dangerous if the weather closes in.
Go on Penguin.....you know you want to......:D
....looking quite tempting for me this one.
website states "The route then follows the main footpath to the summit of Penygadair" which is pretty cool as that has my name in it :d
Website also states plenty of parking at the Marian, is that quite obvious to find?
