I think the best part was between Rocky Valley and Burley Woodhead. Not sure any two people took the same route there.

Well, my entry form has gone off now; given that it's still about 6 weeks away, what kind of distances should I be running on a 'long' run at the moment, bearing in mind that I'll be building them up each week? (or running with the odd walk break?)
