im going for 34:30n. You werent that far behind me and i did 33:01 as oppose to yesterday at the North Wales Mountain Running Champs. 5.6K so 3.5 miles and 930ft according to GPS and i did 24:41. Proper good run that

I had a good run in a XC relay yesterday. Knocked a minute off last year's time and even overtook someone AND no one overtook me:D
