And the slimming stripe vest I designed had a LOT of stripes, all a different colour :D

flushed by my success at Three Shires, I'm thinking of doing Duddon next year, and I noticed in the 2009 results that the Ponies were listed in the team results! :cool:

Any of our squad doing the Roaches and Pendle races, i am pencilling them in as we speak. Him off the tele made a two hour appearance with me on moors Sat gone, weather was fantastic and we were sporting illuminous green and pink vests , now that was a sight for sore eyes, just as well most people had sunglasses on :)

Be doing Full Tour of Pendle marra, off to docs on wednesday to see if i've stress fractured me shin, been painful for two weeks, did the Good Shepherd race in pain and the 3ppp's cyclocross (no way was i missing that) if its knacked i can have a bit of a rest now;)

Any of the ponies doing Langdale next week?

I am completely not running fit and can feel a repeat of my Anni Waltz performance coming on, which isn't good, so contemplating handing my number back and just having a run around supporting along the route?

I am resting, had some blad?? stuff last night, couple of restful bike rides this weekend and some more blad stuff, have not run a step for a week and will not run next week, listening to my body mate, its making some weird feckin noises:eek:

Trying a trot out this weekend, zero pain from shin for last 4 days, done 100 miles in 3 days on push iron, mtb marathon on sunday, got bet on with a marra that i can beat him on my singlespeed, geared pufta:rolleyes:
See ya soon aulda but far more prettier git:p
