We didn't get away in the end as been decorating the house, but had a few nice days out instead.
Still stuck to the treadmill for now. Been doing 3 10k per week and it seems to be the limit at the moment before the foot gets swollen and sore. but it's bearable so things are looking up. Got to be going good to catch you up though, you are 105 miles ahead of me now! :p

Great whether for running and the likes but crap for taking a pretty little baby out walking in her new pram and dressed up like a little princess.
