I have a mtb but it's old and rusty and not all the gears work I discovered last night when advised to change down a gear then found out I actually couldn't:( to be fair i only fell off cos the rocks kept jumping out at me!

anyway im off to fort william early tommorow so i will be back on next tuesday
by for now

might have a ride on my beautifull ROAD bike in an hour, nothing better than feeling the wind whistling through your legs at 40mph

Cheers Saintsy! Just getting in the scottish mood with a Glenfiddich meself. Gotta sleep early tonight as collecting Ben-running pal at 06:40hrs 2moro. Oh well...he'll wait no doubt :D

Yeah last saturday Challenge Cup at wembley it was Catalan Dragons a team from south of france 30-8 :cool:

Thanks. Be a walk in the park really (...a pipers band leads the runners round new-town-park, they break off and the race starts :eek: ).

10 mile, 4400feet, but a rather cruel run round the field to finish (when all ya wanna do is lay down and cry cos yer jellified legs hurt so much after the descent :o )

Will tell you all about it on Monday! (by forum if I did ok, else pm-wise if I get helicoptered off :p )

Have a good weekend yourself my friend! Betta bail out now and recheck me bag (for 3rd time...! OCD me?...nah...but just gonna check me kit again :rolleyes: )
