Trotted round Gallop on Tuesday but shouldn't have as was still lame from Borrowdale and a bit sore now:o

Week in Lakes was brill, loadsa lie ins, little rambles n scrambles, and loadsa food and drink.
(also did 10 hours on BG round & Borrowdale!)

Long drive to Harwich tomorrow, via Sheffield then Shropshire!!!!!!!!!!!

I've hidden me running shoes in me bag so ahl be in bother when Mrs Bother finds em!!

Yeah I know, these things always seem to crop up when I'm working or busy. It's my sis in law birthday do so have to attend! Well if the bbq is called off I will def join you for a gentle trot!
