How's the bank holiday treating everyone? Potential for rain tommoz which is par for the course when I plan a cycle!! Good 'un today though, reached 20 degrees SW Dales today.
oh hope the weather stays good for you ady :) i hope for a little bit of light rain to keep me cool on my race if i do it then sunny in the afternoon for sunbathing :D

After spending today out enjoying meself at Weasdale (nice and suprisingly tough race with erm...delightful (uphill :eek:) finish! ) I'm "outside-windows-painting-duty" booked all day tomorrow...:(
Agreed though...onehill get you and yer fella out to the race. When my Dad died I ran the next day and although it was really tough, I felt as if he was with me.
