I wore Flyrocs last year and will do so again. Wouldn't do short races in them, but for this distance and this race I found them perfect. Your feet need the extra protection over 4 hours.
Wore Terrocs last year. Will be Mizuno Harriers this year if its as dry as last year !
465 is my number. Which ones are flyrocs? Are they the grey and black ones - by the way anyway - how come everyone knows what make running shoes they wear!!!! - bunch of geeks you lot!!!!!;) ;) ;)
Geek is my middle name. Flyrocs are the blue ones.
Hi All,
Myself and 2 others from here are intending to meet up on the morning of 15th March and do the 3 Peaks as a recce run. We did it 2-3 weeks ago and got mixed up between coming off Penyghent to Ribblehead and I think we went up Whernside slightly wrong. As such if anyone can make this date and knows the route really well, it would be great to have you along.
Paul:rolleyes:
I hope all you recce fanatics realise that the direct route up Whernside should only be used in the race itself.
