God, i dont know what im looking for...i know what zipp is and thats about it.:o

I need to borrow a disc wheel from someone, I am on a mission to beat someone LOL and need all the assistance I can get. Zipp, Mavic, Corima, I am not fussed but has to be Shimano...

So, everyone who knows about cycling on here, please tell me how I can get realy really fast on a 10 or 25m TT before the end of the season please... Speedwork, kit, hell, I'd stretch to doping for this one LOL

Oh and a nice little ride to Sa Pobla and back, to stretch the legs and have some lunch in the square :D

Is Ian Jeramiah out with them? He co-owns Cyclopedia bike shop in Cardiff and was out last September when I was there. He rides (quite successfully) with Cardiff Jiff.
