Sadly my running days appear to be gone, I will however be having a nice stroll, I think around Coledale horseshoe, as I need to work up a hunger and thirst for the "night do".
I have no doubt my nose would still have a run tho' I will be with you in spirit, Mrs C will be with you however offering some abuse I hope.:p:D

Amex is the chappie for the multi coloured variety, but he's away till thursday and the Master is the man for the black vests. If you P.M. either they could bring one to xotf.;)

Thank you very much, I am attending that event, i will bring my purse:p hope they have a size 10, i have sent a pm to the Amex before but no reply i will pin him down at xotf providing i can catch him.

Ok then....this Roseberry topping malarky....is the challenge the whole route 10 times?...or just up and down Roseberry 10 times?....if it is the latter then give me a few more months to get a wee bit fitter and I'll certainly give it a go....provided there is no time cut offs!

Roseberry challenge consists of a warm up from Gt Ayton up to Cooks then across to Roseberry, then there is a short loop I do but we x 10, no time limit we will all have a laugh or cry, keep you posted with possible dates.

If you were the only one in a pink vest, you must have won it for being the best looking one in a pink vest:eek:
Now get those hills in............

Yes keep me informed please. As for the Sat morn runs....I will try to get to as many as poss....babysitter permitting......but I am worried I am so much slower than you guys :o

When you told me Turbo Tom had all your food, wallet and phone after a bag swap I did offer you a range of food, i was glad you chose the Go Bar as I have carried it around for 3years as emergency food. The fact that it was -10 up there was probably why it was a little chewy to say the least, your face was a picture when you tried to bite into it, only witnessed by DJ and myself it was ,a had to be there moment, it did keep ya quiet for a while tho.
Really enjoyed company and day out, even if MGs shorts were offensive to some people, we had other thoughts did DJ ML and I.:D

I dont think there is a height requirement so you should be fine:D

Its a tough one but there is an earlier start if you think you might miss the cut offs.

Merrylegs, Birds in our garden dont like the go bars either, my missus found two bars even older than the one i let you have, but it did keep them quiet for a few hours lol.

Merry Christmas folks. In the Isle of Man for Christmas with the family.

Not made a XOTF yet, but coming over here on the boat, the Lakeland Fells looked awesome, yer lucky burgers:D.

I was running the Macc Harriers fell Handicap route on the Sunday amid SNOW... and lots of it. Bloody gorgeous:D, even if I didn't stay upright for long:rolleyes:
