I made chicken casserole on Friday night as her indoors is away.
It will do me till Monday at least:o

Need to get my cake making skills sorted though

Evening all. What a great weekend. XC yesterday, hard bike this morning and then a great evening out tonight for a goodbye meal to some friends of 16 years off to Oz on Monday. The great part is I still have a week off work :)
