hi Pinno, yeah we have a team for the FRA, been looking forward to that for a long time now, will have to pm you sometime to catch up. Hope the family are well and not 'too many' sleepless nights

I on the other hand don't really want to be in work today.
And I forgot my running kit so I can't go out at lunchtime :(

:( my other half just brought my kit for me... very sweet of him, but now he's gone to the trouble I HAVE to go and run! :rolleyes::D (I will be glad once I have been!)
