good good any jaunts out planned, races etc,etc ?

:( No not at the minute.

they are sending me to BBC prison again for 6 weeks soon though so that should give me time to do a fair bit of training, and hopefully get my fitness up and even my confidence up :eek:

Oh heck mind i'm the same next week is the start of our 6 day working till december:(
you get stuck into your training ;)
I'm down in Birmingham on saturday at sutton park doing the road relays then it's cross country time !!!!!

:( 6 days a week?! Not good... although I should think that means a nice bit of extr amoney for xmas :) good luck for the races!

I'm working the next couple of weekends which should buy a few prezzies

Anyway, I had better get myself off to the land of nod, I've having a girls night in tomorrow night!! :D
