Absolute quality sighting Daz! Probably THE best "Wildlife Encouter" this thread has ever seen, especially as you saw it on the high fells during a fell run. Not the sharpest of pics but a very good effort under the circumstances. 10/10

:) I'm jealous! I was promised mountain hares on our High Peak Marathon recce but it got snowed off so I hope they are still white (and we see some) when we try again in two weeks time.
