Suggest we finalise on the Saturday after the XOTF run: who's coming, which runs will go with which level of hangover... Al, bring your map.
I need to get back at some point so prob looking at 2hrs max. Like I said, a cobweb-blower-awayer rather than a looong training run. (Unless people want to set their alarm clocks!
