Rob was very kind and jogged whilst I wheezed and spluttered :)
I think Rob is making an appearance at Kildwick tonight and def. for the run tomorrow night at the same place

Off to SE Asia in couple of hours. Back Hobble Sat, too late to run! Might see you that afternoon for a bit of washing up, or Front Room that evening :)

A great 6.2 miles, 1200ft from Lud foot up and over Midgley moor . Frosty and freezing over but great fun.

I've just been up by the Doubler Stones - very thick mist, you can hardly see anything. Should make for an interesting night run!
