Inspired by this, when I only had an hour in the gym today I did a variation of this using deadlifts, burpee box jumps & Swiss ball h-stand presses:
6 Rounds of...
6 x 60kg Deadlift & shrug (reducing to 5, 4, 3 etc. each round)
10 x burpee box jumps (stand just in front of box, do burpee, at end jumping over box w/ twist so facing box from other way ready to do number 2, & repeat);
5 x Swiss ball h-stand presses ( do plank off of Swiss ball, feet on ball, tuck core in so in pike position (inverted V with feet on the ball). Lower head to floor & back up.
Each round, drop 1 deadlift, keep all other reps of other exercises the same.
Them did some easy bench presses & some core work. oh so aol of writing.
