Not all hits will be genuine. Some may be false resulting from Google searches led to your blog in error, and some will (eventually) be malicious once the scumbags find your blog site. For that reason, be very careful about clicking on website addresses that made contact. Unless it's obvious what it is - e.g. another blogger - don't click on it at all because then your own IP address may become a target as well as your blog. There may be spam posts as well, which should be deleted to remove the risk of legitimate browsers clicking on a malicious link.
You need good anti virus and anti malware protection. It's a jungle out there.
