- Important relay information: all runners MUST fill in an individual entry form, this is to comply with FRA rules. The FRA introduced this system this year for all races including all relay events, which means all entry forms must have the mandatory individual information for competition.
Because of this we advise you to download the entry form complete all the information details and bring it along to registration as this will quicken the process of your team, remember 3 individual entry forms per team.
At registration your team name will be requested along with details of which relay category your team wishes to be entered in - BU14, BU16, Male, MV40, MV50, G14, GU16, Female, FV40, Mixed, Family, Fancy Dress, Male Solo or Female Solo.
As this is Yorkshire's premier relay event and the ladies' record is held by Yorkshire lasses, can the Yorkshire lads get it together and win back the course record from the Lancashire lads?

James Hall - class
Only 8 seconds off the record, it could be in danger next week, I almost invariably go faster as the series advances (unless i set off like a maniac and burn up which has happened).
Dan
He looks stronger than he did in the past. If he doesn't grow too much it'll be very interesting to see what he can achieve. I was chatting with his parents last summer. Lovely folk; a nice family
