How hard is running/walking up hills?
Hopefully my hamstrings will have recovered by the downfall.
Thanks to all marshalls for the shouts and smiles on a rainy night

Results up on the Glossopdale website - go to the Herod Farm race page.
It's good to hear that a splendid time was had by all, despite the weather.
I have one item of lost property - a pair of red gloves that were left near the start.
Werdna
Andy thanks for all your efforts and thanks to all the Glossopdale Harriers and marshalls.

apologies for the lack of pictures, but my normal photographer type lackey (cyclops) had the temerity to be *running* in the race rather than stand around in the rain recording the occasion. So if anyone has any lovely pics, drop us a line so's I can nick em and put them on the blog. You will of course get pic credits and my eternal gratitude.
I have finally managed to dry out the camera and get around to uploading some photos of the race which can be found here https://picasaweb.google.com/ShaunP050
Zephyr - feel free to use any for your blog, although I am not sure about your expression on that tricky stretch through the heather.
Shaun
Thanks Shaun, copied and assimilated. You certainly picked quite a place to get some good gurning!
I've replaced the results word document with a pdf file, so should be fine now. Don't understand the unzipping thing, as I didn't set the file to be zipped.
