And OHW, what is all this talk of you being in prison? Foh shizzle?:confused::confused:

I am at BBC training skool SS learning about electronics :o so it's not really prison but it feels a bit like it as it's in the middle of deepest darkest worcestershire with nothing around for miles :eek: the countryside is pretty rubbish - just miles upon miles of muddy ploughed up farmers fields....oh and I am here for 6 weeeeeeks. I called it "home" by accident last week :(

hmmm - I'm sure the socks and sandals will come in handy and well as for the beard :p

I'm not bad thanks - not racing this weekend in fact non planned before Christmas now :( getting some loooong runs instead though (insert happy smilie - used my quota! )

I was just looking at the Keswick Mountain Rescue website to see if there had been any recent rescues.

Upper & Lower Falcon Crag

-Two team members managed to extricate a sheep which had become stuck in very steep, craggy terrain.
