Although it would have been nice if City would have won the cup, it's good that a proper football-playing team won it.
Bradford's run of meeting teams during their crises of confidence has come to an end.

Bradfords Chairman looks like he likes a lamb jalfrezi with butter naan. He's a big lad that's for sure. ;)

Well done to Bfd and a great cup run.
Good effort by the Swans.

Sadly, it was one game too far for the mighty Bantams - given a lesson in how to retain possession & use the wide open spaces of Wembley. On the plus side, it was a superb atmosphere, we never stopped singing & for the last 20 minutes, you'd have thought we were 4-0 up! Very proud of the lads - here's hoping they can now push on in the league & get out of this crap division!
Re: Tonight's football thread
City were woeful last night but Villa were absolutely horrendous. I feel sure Villa are going down.
PS - good luck to General Francos footballing wing this evening.:w00t:

Harsh on city.. they were all over Villa and then Clark got caught.. it was never a foul.. he slipped.. and then you got the goal and that was game over..

Baconface will be hurting tonight, he is desperate for that trophy BUT he will know deep down that not starting Rooney will be seen as a mistake, out of form or not you need your most influential and big game players. :D
