8.5 miles tonight part road, part trail and part leaves. Cool and refreshing which was nice
22 miles on moors, tracks, paths and roads.
Swallows wood, Hobson Moor, Carrbrook Moor, Roman Rd to Dovestones, up to Chew and over to Crowden. Back down the trail, round a reser and round Hadfield. Lovely.
Decided I'm not yet fit enough to even do a 3 mile race (sorry Brett!!) so 68 mins on and around Otley Chevin/Danefield at much slower than race pace. Great to see all the autumn colours:)
Great run there RR. Looks like your at your peak distance runs for the Dublin. How long did that run take you by the way? must have been about 3 hours or so. Im gonna say " break a leg" this time rather than wishing you luck - my wishes always seem to be the kiss of death
10 miles from the Boar's Head around Lyme Park.
Quads were aching coming down the hill at the end. Legacy of yesterday's relays!
A quick 5 mile road run after work to blow the cobwebs away, that's it now until the Pendle recce on Wednesday and due to the fact I have to get 26 hours at work in before then.
