I'm on the bike for 15 miles, changed then out for a run. I love mud guards and overshoes!

I don't usually do hangovers... drink a couple of pints of water before I go to bed and probably at least as much again during the night.

Good plan. Ive heard eating a banana before bed is meant to work - I tried it and was rough as hell that morning.
