Certainly did take my little lady. Rain(my doggy) loves it . She coped fine with another 5 today too. Takes the weeks total to 51 and don't feel too bad.

8.5 miles 1746ft of climb.
Ran with Murdoch, firstly to Darwen Tower then hilly roads as the light faded.
Felt good having not run since last tuesday
A nice little off road hill rep session with Mrs Stagger and a couple of her mates.
3.6 mile and 900 feet ascent was the Garmin stats.
Just bought her a Tikka XP and she was very pleased with it tonight.:)
7 miles past the kebab shops, chavs, drunks, and nobs that all park there cars on the pavement .

recovery run no hills
A fast 6.5 mile hilly road race around Ewden Valley with a few other forumites Slippery Stones coming out on top.
Very slow 6 miles this morning, boy was it slow.
Last night after guidance from a much faster runner. when i said i wanted to increase my speed
15 min warm up then 10 one min sprint sessions with one min jog between each one then 15 min warm down and 20 lengths pool.
i wish i had kept quiet about wanting to go faster:eek:
8 miles pretty easy after a getting lost near a farm yesterday.
A very pleasant recce of the Clwydian Hills with alwaysinjured. Cold and misty at the start but the sun came out almost immediately.:) The more I do this the more interesting it gets. Decisions, decisions!
