Is it OK to tape food to your drinks bottle too Fishy? Not a 3 course meal obviously, just some "energy" stuff, like a kebab or something :eek:.

tip- tape the gels securely with the open side down and proud of the bottle. You can then half tear top suck out the gel etc with out dropping the wrapper by accident.
