When doing a fell race can you talk, or is that just for the jogging etc..

erm dunno what time depends on conditions 1 hour 30/ 2hours ?

As it seems, i chat to much and some people think i have something to do with Willoughby Hall, which if you look on google means something totally different to what Daz and i thought, but Wheeze think whatever you like.
