Of course you can have cake ... and earphones (altough ou may not need them - shes not pregnant this year!!!)

LOL, I open those pics and well... a succession of people I know rather well seem to figure :D

Can't wait now... it will be my first proper fell race of the season and one of the very very few, as I am racing the bike this year... :)

I did some BGR recce-ing on most of the route.. and loved it... a lot of it quite runnable. Mind you, I probably will be last or something, unless I decide to get off the bike and start doing some running training :D

11.30 for the 'standard' route. But allow plenty of time for parking etc. The valley gets quite congested on race day....plus it's Easter w/e this year; could be lots of tourist traffic.
