Anything seems possible in the warm fuzzy afterglow of victory. That really would be some collapse. But, in the cold light of day with 12 points the difference and only 7 games to go, you've merely put the champagne on ice for them for another couple of weeks. Still, riveting game I thought and Aguero displayed once again his capacity for that little piece of magic to get even neutrals to their feet.

Muddy - We have more chance of winning it right now, than we did in the 90th minute against QPR. :) |

Yes Millwall are five points above the relegation zone. I agree, I hope they go down too.
Re: Tonight's football thread
Brian McDermott seems like a good appointment to me as the new manager of Leeds United, judging by his record at Reading. First job is to make sure we don't get relegated! Hopefully in the long-term he will have similar success to his namesake across the city at the Rhinos. And the similarities don't end there. Both clubs have a Ryan Hall!

I hope he has the same success as the Rhinos have had.
Re: Tonight's football thread
I'm 50/50 re: McDermott. He was an easy, cheap appointment, but thats not to say its not the right one. Not a lot of great managers about. I wasn't happy when we appointed Wilkinson so what do I know! On that note I think it'd be worth having Wilkinson back to re-organise the technical side of the club again, not to get involved with the playing side but cast an eye over everything else.
We need a win today, but I hope the fans behave. It'll be tense and they're on the up!

Pity they didn't have the figure for how many were there when Edin popped the 6th one in last season ;)
