8.8 miles of undulating Dorset farm land in a fine misty drizzle to keep me cool :)
Tucking into a lovely homemade sausage meat pie now -
Aw sore legs that just sounds so lovely, I just pictured it mentally for a minute and was transported miles from the gloom of London. Love that misty drizzle for running in. Cannot wait til my busy busy busy phase just takes a break long enough to escape.
Maybe next week one morning I will get chance to pop over to the Peak District - fingers crossed
7 miles of undulating track and footpath round Llyn Elsie and surrounding area, lovely sunshine here.
7.5 miles yesterday on the northern slopes of the Little Baddow Ridge. No, not a fell, but about as hilly as it gets in these parts. Very pleasant evening run with some fellow club members in pretty ideal conditions.
5.5m to work and the same home, back and knee still giving me gip but eased a bit after an hour's dog walking, should be right for Derby Tup's BG leg 4:thumbup:
45 mins of getting my arse thrashed around the squash court !!

An easy 80 mins c 7mile/1600ft on Burley & Ilkley moors from the Moor Lane bends parking layby. Nice and quiet on the moors once I got to top of Ilkley Crag - so much so that a lone walker commented that I was the first person he'd seen for 2 hours as I headed past the old rifle range.
